Can I cancel an order placed?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. On cancellation we will give you a credit voucher for the amount paid which can be used for further purchase on canofjuice. This does not apply for cash on delivery.

Can I return a product shipped to me?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered to you.

  • You can mail us@canofjuice.com , stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • We will have our team come and pick up the product if the claim is found valid.
  • Returned items must be: In their original condition and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.”

What should I do if the shipment I received is damaged?

If you have received a damaged shipment don’t accept it or sign for it. Please mail us@canofjuice.com and we will rectify the problem for you. In case, you discover damage only on opening the package, mail us@canofjuice.com and we will have your purchase replaced.
