What should I do if the shipment I received is damaged?
If you have received a damaged shipment don’t accept it or sign for it. Please mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify the problem for you. In case, you discover damage only on opening the package, mail email@example.com and we will have your purchase replaced.

Can I cancel an order placed?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. On cancellation we will give you a credit voucher for the amount paid which can be used for further purchase on canofjuice. This does not apply for cash on delivery.
Can I return a product shipped to me?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered to you.
- You can mail firstname.lastname@example.org , stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- We will have our team come and pick up the product if the claim is found valid.
- Returned items must be: In their original condition and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.”

We accept all Visa, Mastercard American credit and debit cards.
We also provide the option of cash on delivery in select cities.
Are your products available for sale offline?
It will be, at certain offline events that CanofJuice is a part of.
